Before a service
QarGo or the partner verifies required documents and vehicle availability under approved procedures. A self-drive user must inspect and report defects before departure; a rider must provide accurate pickup information.
During a service
Drivers and self-drive users must follow traffic and safety law; passengers must wear seatbelts and avoid distracting the driver. No one may drive while impaired or continue where there is a clear danger.
Incidents and emergencies
For an accident, injury, breakdown or theft, move to safety if possible, contact authorities where necessary, notify QarGo immediately, and do not admit liability or arrange non-urgent repairs without direction.
Investigation and privacy
Booking, location, communication, image and vehicle records may be used to investigate a safety event in accordance with the Privacy Policy and law. Parties must cooperate and provide accurate information.
