Respect and non-discrimination
Treat riders, drivers, partners and support staff respectfully. Harassment, threats, violence, discrimination and unwanted contact outside the trip purpose are prohibited.
Safety
Follow seatbelt, passenger, baggage and emergency rules. No one may demand unsafe or unlawful driving, and a driver or QarGo may end a service where a genuine safety risk exists.
Property and cleanliness
Respect vehicles and property. Smoking, damage and excessive mess are prohibited. The responsible person bears reasonable substantiated charges under the Terms.
Reporting and enforcement
Report incidents to support with relevant details. Reports are reviewed fairly; temporary safety measures and proportionate action may be taken based on evidence and severity.
