Professional service
Drivers must provide safe, respectful, non-discriminatory service, follow the confirmed route unless reasonably necessary, protect rider privacy, and keep vehicles clean and roadworthy.
Payments and platform rules
Drivers may not solicit off-platform payments, manipulate bookings, misuse customer information, or transfer an assigned trip to an unauthorized person.
Safety incidents
Accidents, injuries, threats, lost property, and material vehicle issues must be reported immediately through the approved channels.
