Eligibility and documents
Drivers must be legally authorized and keep all licences, permits, insurance, inspections and required documents valid, promptly reporting any suspension, restriction or incident affecting eligibility.
Trips
Use only the approved account and vehicle, perform accepted trips under instructions, do not manipulate bookings, fares, location or payment, and maintain professional conduct, cleanliness and safety.
Data and confidentiality
Use rider, contact and location data only for the relevant booking. Do not retain, share or use it for post-trip contact except for a legitimate purpose through approved channels.
Complaints and suspension
A temporary measure may be used for a safety risk or serious complaint, followed by evidence review. Earnings, settlement, deductions and final action are governed by the signed driver or partner agreement and law.
