Partners must have legal authority over listed vehicles and maintain registration, inspection, insurance, maintenance, and regulatory approvals.
Vehicle quality and availability
Listed vehicles must match approved specifications, remain clean and roadworthy, and be removed from availability whenever a safety or compliance issue exists.
Data and technology
Connected devices, access credentials, customer data, pricing information, and QarGo systems must be used only for authorized service purposes.
Commercial terms
Commissions, settlement cycles, service levels, damage handling, and operational responsibilities are governed by the signed partner agreement.
