Nature of these terms
These baseline terms must be read with the signed Partner Agreement, which governs commissions, settlements, service levels, insurance and allocation of responsibility. This page alone is not a licence or authority to operate.
Licensing and vehicles
Partners must have lawful authority over vehicles and services and maintain registration, licensing, insurance, inspections, maintenance and permits, removing any non-compliant vehicle or driver.
Operations and safety
Partners must keep vehicle, driver and availability data accurate, maintain service quality, respond to incidents and complaints, retain required records and cooperate with QarGo and authorities.
Data and systems
Use customer data, credentials, connected devices, pricing and systems only to provide the service. Apply confidentiality and access controls and report data incidents promptly.
Settlements and responsibility
The signed agreement governs commission, settlement cycles, deductions, indemnities and damage handling. Each party remains responsible for its obligations, fault and legal compliance.
