Reference and displayed terms
This Policy forms part of the Terms. The free-cancellation window, cancellation or no-show charge, and service-specific rules shown before confirmation or in the booking details govern that booking.
Car with driver
A charge may apply after driver acceptance, after the free window, or when the rider fails to appear after the displayed waiting period. A charge will not apply, or will be refunded, where QarGo or the partner cancels without a suitable alternative or a verified Platform error caused the cancellation.
Self-drive
Late cancellation or failure-to-collect charges may apply as shown in the booking. Once the rental starts, early termination, breakdown, incident and refund requests are assessed under the Terms, vehicle records, support records and insurance conditions.
Disputes and refunds
Submit a dispute with booking details and available evidence within a reasonable time. QarGo reviews application, payment, location and operational records. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; bank and provider processing times vary.
Non-refundable items
Correctly supplied services and substantiated violation, damage, waiting, fuel or cleaning charges are not refundable, and expired promotional credits are not cash, unless law requires otherwise.
