Do not use QarGo for fraud, harassment, threats, unlicensed transport, unlawful activity, or misleading information or documents.
Accounts and systems
Do not share accounts, impersonate others, bypass security, scrape data, reverse engineer, disrupt services, or manipulate fares, GPS or payments.
Vehicles and services
Do not tamper with vehicles or safety and tracking equipment, allow unauthorized driving, drive dangerously or while impaired, or use a vehicle outside its permitted area or purpose.
Enforcement
QarGo may proportionately restrict, suspend or terminate access for safety risk, suspected fraud, non-payment or material breach, preserve evidence and notify authorities where appropriate.
